I have read through all the documentation and ask for help via the website and searched the plugins list on wp
As I said in your other thread, commercial products aren’t supported here – have you asked them about this problem?

I understand that but I figured other people would have used this in this forum as well and is it a plugin issue or something else I don’t know and speculation isn’t going to help either right?
So then try deactivating ALL other plugins and switching to the twentytwelve theme – test it.

Yeah ya know what forget it, i would rather take a loss then deal with this sh&!, I came here for suggestions and posted in multiple location because I have repeatedly posted over the last month or so about issues (not knowing were they were from at the time.) I end up figuring it out for myself after wasting hours and hours and hours in the forums. This post was made in it’s original form because it was happening to a few buttons which I fixed 1 of them. I have already tried what your suggesting and didn’t know if it was related to the other issue too.

Don’t blame us for not supporting commercial products, you should blame the people who gave them to you. We try not to keep shady vendors in business.
