Short code not working

Please Follow steps
1. Install plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/unlimited-popups
2. Activate plugin
3. Click on Popup List then click on Add New—–> (screen shot guide http://prntscr.com/99u0d4)
i. Add popup title
ii. Add popup content
iii. Click on save

4. Simply copy and paste your short code where you want display popup. like screen shot http://prntscr.com/99tub8
5. <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[popup id=1]’); ?> php short code for your custom page template
