I cannot see widget in the linked website.
Are you using cache plugin and the widget is working when you are logged in?
In this case , check this please: https://www.trustindex.io/frequently-asked-questions/#widget-box-does-not-appear-unless-i-am-logged-in-to-my-wordpress-page
