Short code not working scrambled page

I have been using DJD site post for about 2 months now. Everything has been great, however about a week ago it stopped working. Suddenly the short code on the page managed to shuffle the sidebar column around, and now the DJD site post is not working. It just won’t display.

I am not exactly sure what to do, but I have disable the plugin and re-enabled it. Can anyone help?
