Short code plugin on Windows hosting

    I installed the plugin on a Windows hosting, but it don’t work.
    I add the sample short code [shortcode_name] into a page, but in the preview page I don’t get the result, but the text “[shortcode_name]”
    I tried the same operation on another website under Linux and it works well
    Is it possible making this plugin under Windows or it works only under Linux?
    If you make it working under Windows, could you please explain to me how you did it
