Short code with email problems.

    All short codes are not arriving in the email. The formatting is not working. How can we solve this?

    ID da Fatura: [invoice_id]
    Data de Emissão: [invoice_issue_date]
    Cliente: 
    Nº do Pedido: [invoice_po_number]
    Valor: [invoice_total]
    Depósito Devido: [invoice_deposit_amount]

    Hi @gennarovela, sorry to hear about the issue with the shortcodes not working. Are you using the standard invoice templates in the plugin or have you made some custom ones for invoicing?

    It could also be a plugin conflict too. Do the invoices contain the expected information when Sprout Invoices is the only plugin activated on your website?
