Short Codes not Working

    Watching WPsculptor instruction video for huemen, and the short codes ( quotes, and columns are not working) also when inserting a link – any area of words that I designate the link for does NOT show on the screen

    Example: Schedule a session here ( If I link the entire words to the left – NONE of them show) If I choose to add the link on the word here only, the word here does NOT show visible on my screen when I view page, while it does show in “edit” mode inside wordpress page itself.

    I have tried an alternate theme, and unplugged a bunch of plugins, and still have the same results. Stummped and grateful for your help.

    Hi Kim. If you’re using the theme from the wp.org theme repository (v1.5.0), that version does not include the shortcodes. The shortcodes, along with other additional functionality, are part of the theme v2.2.2 available on the theme web site. Here is a note from the web site:

    Note: The version of Hueman available on ww.wp.xz.cn is a “lite” version, and does not include sharing buttons, tracking code field, basic shortcodes and some other things as it is seen as plugin territory.
