Short description are missing

    Hello, we have a problem with the short descriptions, they have disappeared in the editing part, we do not know what has happened.

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure: Is the short description section enabled under the “Screen Settings” area in the top right-hand corner of the product editing page?

    Hello it was not enabled, but when I enable it without appearing. Regards, and thank you very much

    Hi @carlosgr7. Do you still have this issue? If so, if you have any caching extensions on your site, please clear the cache and see if that makes any difference. If not, I recommend that you do some conflict testing as explained here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
