Short description not showing on admin page

    I have 2 sites that use Woocommerce. On one site I can add a short description for each product on the other site I cannot.

    I checked the screen setting option at the top right and on the second site I don’t even have an option to activate the short description.

    I have been looking at this for several hours and I have no idea why its not allowing short description on the second site. I checked all WP and WC setting I could find and they as identical. Even the template is the same on both sites.

    Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
