You mean in the post content? Could you explain to me what would you use the editor for (what would be its purpose)?

Not really in post content, i mean on page. For example http://www.site.com/editor
Is it possible to do?

I’m really not sure what exactly you are asking.

Shortcodes are used in post/page content, so they can render something when visitors view the site.
