Hi.

The plugin itself does not currently feature a shortcode. You can use a plugin such as: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/amr-shortcode-any-widget/ to allow you to shortcode any widget.

I have re-opened this issue: https://github.com/cftp/wp-instagram-widget/issues/9 to remind me to look at this again.
