I am unable to get the shortcode to work on a page. Any thoughts? http://205.173.96.38/~kspharms/members/

(I posted the shortcode via the “text” tab, not the HTML tab, so I know it isn’t using HTML characters for the shorcode)

Positive. Plugin is activated. Actually, we purchased it and it is activated with the registration key.

The shortcode you have is for WP-Members, but it sounds like you are using something else. Although there are premium add-ons, WP-Members is freely available in the repository:
