The issue is caused by another plugin installed in your WordPress (or the theme active), that converts all symbols: “<“, “>”, and “"e;” in: “<“, “>”, and “"e;”, respectively.
Please, try the following change. Go to the webpage where was inserted the shortcode, activate the “Text” tab in the content’s editor, and close the shortcode into PRE tags, as follows:
<pre>[music_store columns="3"]</pre>
