Actually I tried even using my shortcode in widgets, and it doesnt display at all 🙁

Please show me what shortcode did you add in your post? I can not see it in the link you have sent
Also in widget you shouldn’t use any shortcodes, in widget there is a button which automatically adds the plugin in your widget area

And I added the shortcode <vidrack> in a custom field in the text section of the forum… its not displaying for some reason
Dear our custom text filed is not made to display other external shortcodes, it can show only simple text
