please add [spreadplugin] to the page, then click “rebuild cache” and items should be displayed on that page. Well, commonly, so if you haven’t got an object cache plugin active like w3tc or similar.
Please send an email directly, if I should have a look at your settings.

I can send you an email if you give me your address. In the meantime, where do I actually add [spreadplugin] to the page? Also, I’ve tried rebuilding the cache already but nothing ever happens, it just stops on ‘reading pages’ for 30 minutes or more until I think I must have done something wrong LOL.
Just paste that code into a page and give it a name, like shop – then rebuild cache 🙂

Beim Debug erhalte ich beim erstellen des Cache folgende Meldung:

hast du Shop ID und alles eingegeben und den Shortcode in eine Seite einfügt und dann den Cache neu erstellt?
Hast du eventuell einen Partneraccount nach Oktober 2016?
