We are using the free version of the plugin and we are unable to find the shortcode to implement it in the frontend.

thank you for choosing our plugin.

The description of the shortcodes is available in German since very recently at the following link: https://laolaweb.com/plugins/personio-wordpress-plugin/shortcodes/
