there are few things that can affect the result. please check this,
kindly check that you have activated the plugin Or
have you place the short-code in the text-widget area Or
Do not directly paste the short-code in the text-widget, write down the parameter with double quotes manually, because sometime if you copy the short-code directly it will take double quotes as special character and do not show the results.
