Hi @taunus,
I am not sure what you mean, when I go to your site I don’t see any source code.
Note, WP Google My Business Auto Publish doesn’t touch the frontend of your site unless you put the review shortcode on your page. Thanks,
I removed the code in the meantime. Now the code is on the homepage again (below last picture): https://gruppenhaus-darmstadt.de/
Thank you
Make sure the plugin is activated. If the plugin is activated, the issue probably has to do with how you have implemented the code on your page. I don’t know if you are using any kind of page builder, but this might be stripping the shortcode functionality from working. You should find if you use the classic editor on a test page and put in the shortcode generated by the plugin in the content area it should output the reviews fine.
But yeah the issue you are seeing is not a plugin issue, it’s a configuration issue. Thanks,
Yes, I tried with the classic editor, but there is the same problem. No page builder. There is another website, wit the same programming, where the plugin works well: https://mathildenhoehe.org/
Hi @taunus,
I would try deactivating all other plugins and using a standard theme like Twenty Sixteen and then seeing if this isolates the issue. Once again, make sure the plugin is active and also perhaps check out any caching issues, you might have WordPress or server level caching which might be causing issues. Thanks,
Standard Theme Twenty Nineteen works with the plugin well. Strange: The other example-website I mentined with same Own-Theme works with the plugin. Have to look. thank You
No worries, glad the advice helped 🙂
