shortcode attributes other than field don't work

    Hi,

    I’m having problems with the auto user detection, so I’ve tried

    [xprofile field=”First Name” user=current]
    and
    [xprofile field=”First Name” user=displayed]

    None of these work. If the shortcode is in a page, it screws up the page template somehow, and returns an empty string (yes I made sure I was logged in, and tried with different users)!

    Hello, sorry I have not kept up with support for this plugin. It was a very simple plugin and my first submission to the repository when I was learning.

    I’ve considered just removing it altogether, but I still find it useful and am using it on a few projects. I’ve recently added some usage examples and fixed the broken link. It sounds like you were using it properly, but I can’t see your example link (you’ve probably long since moved on and found a different solution).

    Let me know if you still need this functionality and I’d be happy to take a look.
