Shortcode block page load

If i access the page directly (writting the direct url in my browser) everything works fine.(like if you click the link bellow)

If i try to reach the page where the carousel is BY CLICKING THE MENU BUTTON, it wont load. I need to reload page (F5) to see the page content and the carousel (working fine);
if i delete the carousel shortcode the page load perfectly BY CLICKING THE MENU BUTTON this is why i think it’s the pluggin). It’s like the scripts don’t load and block the page.

(i’ve copy the code to load the scripts in my functions.php child theme (doesn’t work either)
