Shortcode doen’t work with Elementor Popup

    Hi,

    the shortcode of any filter when it is inserted into elementor popup it doesn’t appear.
    Is anyone facing the same issue?

    in the mobile version there is an icon on the left side that is open a popup.
    There should be see the filters.

    Hi,

    There are different possibilities for such issue.

    I think the issue you have is because you have same filters shown 2 times: in general sidebar and in floating sidebar. To fix this you need to create 2 filter groups. 1 group for mobiles and 1 for desktop. Add filters to both groups. Set for mobile version in-group option Hide on = Desktop and Tablets. And for desktop group set Hide on = Mobile. Add desktop group to the general sidebar and mobile group to the floating sidebar.
