    Hi!

I’ve tried to use shortcode(e.g. [everest_forms id=”7888″]) to the classic editor and also WYSIWYG editor on widget area, But it’s not working. It throughs the shortcode string(that is [everest_forms id=”7888″]) as output. Please check.

Here are the links of the screenshots.

  • Hi @themerevealed,

That’s strange. Can you please make sure that the plugin is active on your site? Also, Please use the shortcode block on a page, paste the shortcode in it and see if the shortcode renders there or not.

Let me know and I will get back to you.
    Regards!

    Hi @sharmadpk03 ,

The plugin is active on my site. Please check https://ibb.co/tLzZ6RY . I’ve already tried the shortcode on page and post, but your shortcodes do not work. I’ve tried other plugins where I didn’t get any problem. Please check the screenshots.

    Hi @themerevealed,

The issue has been found out. It occurred due to minor typos in the code. It has been identified and a patch is ready for this. The patch will be included in the plugin update.

To make it work, what you need to do is remove the letter “s” from the word forms in the shortcode.
I mean you have to use this [everest_form id=”7888″] instead of this [everest_forms id=”7888″].

    It will fix the problem.
    Regards!
