    Help please!

    Make sure you are using text editor instead of visual. You can toggle between text and visual editing in the upper right corner of input text area where you inserting the shortcode. You may also need to enable this in the General Setting area. Look for

    Use a link in the redirect page for download PDF?
    * Requires enable option “insert into a database”
