    Hi EvyOsh,

Thank you for using Email Subscribers.
Please correct your shortcode as [email-subscribers namefield=YES desc=”” group=”Public”] and check.
This is the known issue and we will fix it in next version of Email Subscribers.
Let us know how it goes?

    Hello Evyosh,

Sorry for the inconvenience you had.

We have checked from our and found that if we copy shortcode and directly paste it into page, it’s not working.

We will fix this issue in the upcoming version of Email Subscribers.

So, if you did like this, I request you to write the same shortcode again. It should fix this issue.

    Hope that helps.
