Thanks for using EasyRotator for WordPress! I’m sorry you’re experiencing trouble. Please try creating a new page or post and inserting a rotator there. If the problem persists, double-check that you don’t have any other conflicting plugins installed.

hello Drew, I have the same problem. I can’t use the shortcode if i post it in between my tabs. I have read the support center page, and i am quite confuse on where to post these codes displayed on possible issue #3

I have tryed reinstall your plugin and now I have notification “Checking setup configuration… Please wait…” and this is not complete even after one hour. I tryed to delete plugin and all files, and than install again. but it isn’t help. Plugin doesn’t show any errors, but cannot initializing
Any idea?

Please download and install the editor application directly:
Mac: http://cdncf.dwuser.com/EasyRotator/WPMgr/EasyRotator-Mac.dmg
Windows: http://cdncf.dwuser.com/EasyRotator/WPMgr/EasyRotator-Windows.exe
After doing this, proceed with creating a rotator regardless of whether you see the notification at the top. If it persists, you can dismiss it as shown here: http://www.dwuser.com/support/easyrotator/kb/dismiss-install-box/
The original problem you described should be resolved by disabling the non-functional lightbox plugin.
