Did you add shortcode directly to your theme files? Shortcodes only work in the Post/Page editor content and not when added directly to your theme files. You can use the do_shortcode function if you want to use the shortcode directly in your theme files: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/do_shortcode/
