Shortcode doesn´t work anymore

I have installed Pie-register and it´s shortcodes don´t work (example [pie_register_form id=”1″ title=”true” description=”true” ] ) that´s for registration page and even when I try Preview the URL change from i12tell.com/registration to http://www.i12tell.com/home?
