Hi,

Great plugin! Only it seems that the shortcodes don’t work in the post title and post meta title, which means the total number cannot be displayed in these places using the [auto-list-number display=”total”] shortcode.

Is that something that could be made possible in the future?

Hey @jimsonn are you able to add code snippets to your site? The snippet I wrote below should help (it assumes you use Yoast SEO) let me know if it helps!

By default WP doesn’t process shortcodes in titles so I don’t think I’d want to put that in the plugin but the snippet will make it work.

Hi Andy, thanks for your quick reply! Two of the three code snippets you provided were successful. The SEO title shortcode doesn’t work because I use Rank Math instead of Yoast. Could you please let me know what I can change for it to work? Appreciate the assistance!
