Shortcode evaluation not working when enabled

    I have enabled shortcode evaluation in the Search Appearance. I am running Woocommerce and I am using the Custom Global Variable plug in. In the short product description, I use [cgv description_mini] which is served correctly by the website. In AIOSEO, if I use Product Short description for the meta description the snippet preview shows the unevaluated shortcode.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @wpnewbie500,

    The shortcodes displayed in the Snippet Preview is normal. AIOSEO doesn’t parse shortcodes in those fields due to compatibility issues with other plugins. But the actual text will be displayed in the page source code.
