Shortcode for admin mail, current user survey

    I can’t find, in the documentation, a short code for an admin mail: with the detailed results (broken down on the questions) of the survey for the current specific user.

    I want that every user submit their Name (works), Mail (works) and Phone Number (not working no short code available for that field) and: a detailed information (in the same mail) how the user has answered the survey questions.

    I would need:

    • Short Code for Phone field
    • Short Code for detailed summary of questions for the current Survey user who submit their information.

    Dear @clavela,

    Thank you for the topic.

    As can be understood from your request, you want to send an email to the admin when the user passes the survey. The email should contain the user’s submissions (how the user responded to the questions) and the Phone.

    If yes, then, please head to the Surveys > particular survey > Email Tab > Send email to admin option and tick the Send submission report suboption.

    Also, there is a %%question_value{Question_ID}%% message variable for the Email Message. You can insert the ID of the Phone question type for it.

    Thank you very much for your helpful answer. Can you please check the short code for the phone number, you mentioned that this is: %%question_value{Question_ID}%%
    That looks promising, the question ID is 16, I tried different ways to add the number to the short code, which all not worked, can you give me an example how to add the question number? I tried:
    %%question_value{Question_ID_16}%%
    %%question_value{Question_ID16}%%
    %%question_value{16}%%

    They are all not working.
