@soosoio Maybe a link or screenshot of what you are seeing might make solving this issue a little easier
Looking at the screenshot, it seems that columns might be working but they’re overridden with CSS that’s either coming from your theme or another plugin altogether. Can you share a direct link to that page in question?
Interestingly, it works for other pages except for the homepage. In the homepage, the columns get all messed up. https://comeback.world/
The other pages are fine. https://comeback.world/shop/
Hi there,
Thank you very much for providing those links!
As you mention, I see on your shop page the products are displaying in columns without any issues.
On your homepage though, I do not currently see products being displayed, except for these ones which seem to be displaying via Elementor:

It looks like you are using the Storefront theme on the site, however from the Page Source it looks like things are loading a bit differently (not seeing assets loading from the themes directory, etc).
If you are still having trouble using the shortcode for displaying products, please try disabling plugins aside from WooCommerce, and make sure you are using the default Storefront parent theme, then check again to see if the shortcode displays as expected. To avoid affecting your customers, you may want to do this on a test/staging site. If you don’t have one already, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/
I hope that helps!
