Shortcode for custom fields?

I’m very happy with your plugin. It helps me a lot sending this notifications. Especially a very cool feature to have customs mails.

Suggestion for further improvement: the availability of shortcodes for custom field.

For example: [custom_field:xxxxx]
Where xxxxx would be the name of the specific custom fields. Output would be the value of the specific custom field.
