Shortcode for entry page not working

Hi,
just imported the petitions from Speakup but I found that the shortcode for the petition entry page (on petition landing template) is not working…
in Speakup, the code was [petitionentry id=”1″ page=”XXX”]
May I know the one in Speakout? Thank you a lot!
