Shortcode for Failed Transaction Page

    To the team at Restropress,

    Just a quick (hopefully simple!) question for you!

    For the “Failed Transaction” page, which shortcode should be shown here? Should it be [rpress_receipt] or something different? The reason I ask is that we use a page builder on the site we have installed Restropress on, and this doesn’t use the standard WordPress the_content(); on pages.

    Please do let me know which shortcode should be used!

    Hello,

    There is no shortcode available for failed transaction. You just need to create a failed transaction page, add custom text which you want to show the users after failed transaction. After that you need to assign that page to Failed Transaction Page from the plugin settings. The plugin would automatically redirect to the failed transaction assigned page when the payment would be failed.
