Shortcode for Feedback only does not work anymore

    Hi,

    I always used this shortcode for showing of feedback only:

    [auction-nudge tool=”feedback” lang=”german” maxentries=”10″ search_box=”0″]

    That always worked very well…but does not anymore. Adjusting to:

    [auction-nudge tool=”feedback” sellerid=”golfball-uhu” lang=”german” maxentries=”10″ search_box=”0″]

    does not work as well!? Is this function not available anymore?

    Hi @golfball-uhu,

    Thanks for reaching out. The Your eBay Feedback tool was retired in October of last year and ceased working in February 2025.

    You can read the announcement here, but in short, eBay removed the data source for these tools and with no alternative available, it was not possible to provide these tools anymore.

    This decision was outside of my control and was prominently announced here in the WordPress plugin directory, on the Auction Nudge website and in the plugin administration pages.

    My apologies that you were not made aware of this.

    The Your eBay Listings tool continues to function as normal.
