I apologize if I couldn’t find the answer.
Is it possible to lock content for logged in users regardless of role or level? Is there a generic shortcode?

Yes this is possible.

1. Create a new level
2. Under the Members tab, add a new automation for Login State=Logged-in users
3. Use the restriction shortcode like shown in this article: https://dev.institute/docs/restrict-user-access/getting-started/limit-access-shortcode/
