Shortcode for playing only a single song

    Unless I’m misunderstanding, the description says “This trendy looking music player lets you add a single audio track or a full playlist to your WordPress site using shortcode”

    I would like to add many songs to the playlist library, and feature just one of the songs on a page, and another on another page etc. How can I do this? I figured it’s some simple shortcode but am not finding any documentation to support it.

    There’s only the one shortcode [hmp_player]. There’s an option on the settings screen “Show full tracklist” when set to ON it shows the full playlist, when set to OFF it shows just a single track.

    Hello Maeve:

    I have the same problem and I think based on your response you did not quite understand the question.

    In other words, I have numerous tracks uploaded. I want only one specific track to show in a particular post. For example, in a post about the Beach Boys I want the player to have only one track – “California Girls.” I do not want the user to have the option to choose any of the other tracks. “Show Track List” is set to “off.”

    Is this possible?

    Question answered: I discovered that you need the Pro version to do this.
