There’s two ways to do this:
1) You could create a single catalogue with 1 product, then put the catalogue shortcode with a sidebar attribute set to “no”, for example:
[product-catalog id='1' sidebar='no']
2) A much easier option would be to use one of the UPCP widgets that come with the plugin, specifically “UPCP Product(s) List”.
You can add it to a widget position in your theme (or install a plugin like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/amr-shortcode-any-widget/ and follow their instructions on how to insert a widget into the content).
