Shortcode for tabs without having to create a tab set.

I’m looking for a way to add content from my Formidable forms views so I can have them inside a tab set. I’ve tried adding the tabs, but the post doesn’t show correctly. I’d like to be able to show something like this:

[ tab name=’Details’ ]
All content could be placed here without having to create a tab set.
[ /tab ]

[ tab name=’Screenshots’ ]
All screenshots could be placed here without having to create a tab set.
[ /tab ]
