shortcode for widget?

Was looking for a fix for this as well.

Found this plugin:

and used this shortcode:
[do_widget_area widget_area=sidebar-16]

its a matter of targeting the right sidebar. I have 16 custom sidebars on my website and the sidebar i was targeting was the most recent one i added, hence #16.
