Shortcode Forms stopped working, only 1 form allowed !

    Hello. I was setting up the plugin without problems, created (Shortcode Forms> Add Row) 3 forms. Then erased 2 and tried to create a new one and now it doesn´t allow me! I can Add a row, fill in the fields but after saving the changes, it reloads the main screen without creating the new form.

    Even though when I created the first forms I had many plugins activated, I´ve just deactivated most of them and it still does not work :/
    Also deactivated and reactivated the plugin without success.. can you help me please?

    And right after posting this message I erased some DATA fields, and now the only form that was working has been reseted! 🙁

    The plugin seems to be very unstable…
