Shortcode from theme not working in events description

    Hi,

    I want to insect a header shortcode, for example [separator headline=”h3″ title=”Wat komt er aan bod?”] in the description of the event.

    It works in all my other pages, but not in the event description..What’s going wrong?

    Hi,

    Where is the header shortcode from? Is it from a plugin or your theme?

    Ok,then you need to ask your theme provider how to make their shortcodes work with a Custom Post Type like event, which is used by Events Manager.

    They can probably give you a snippet of code to put in the functions.php file of your theme.
