shortcode generator doenst work

    Recently I updated my wordpress to 4.5 and since then my shortcode generator of Fila Away has troubles.

    If I want to insert an shortcode the popup displays but the only shortcode that I can make and insert is Directory Files with the type Sorted List. Everything else is not working and the settings options doesnt show up.

    Does anyone have the solution for me.

    The File Away shortcode generator works just fine for me in WordPress 4.5. My guess would be another plugin of yours might have an incompatibility with WP 4.5 and is generating javascript problems that is interfering with the shortcode generator.

    Do you also have an idea how i can figure out which plugin it is that occurs the problem with javascript?

    Because i just installed fileaway on another wordpress site of me where just a couple plugins are installed and i have the same problem with fileaway. So i am wondering where i have to look to solve the problem

    1. Check your browser console for any javascript errors.

    2. Disable all other plugins and try shortcode generator again.

    3. Try a different theme to see if the theme is the issue.

    I’ve tested it now on 7 different sites each with wp 4.5 and it works on all of them.
