    [formidable id=3 title=true description=true]

    shows neither when form settings are set to no-show. contrapositively, setting form to show t&d, [t&d=false] still shows them:-\

    Thank you for reporting this. I have been able to confirm that this is a bug on our end and I will report this to our developers immediately. A fix will be included in an upcoming release.
