Shortcode in custom post type template

Hi, im trying to use the shortcode in my custom post type php file e.g. single-test.php and the form returns fine with the post content filled in. But the multi file upload button and drag and drop do not work? the field is there but no functionality? no errors in Firebug

The shorcode works fine inserted on a page in the content editor field.

Just doesnt work in a custom post type file. using the latest version of the plugin.
