shortcode insertion stopped working

    I am using the latest version (1.7.0). Some automatic updates happened over the past weeks.
    The insertion of the HTML in a page using a shortcode has stopped working.
    Any clue what the problem might be?

    It would help if you post website address and screenshot of settings.

    not sure how the website address would help, but the page that stopped
    working is:

    The page is working again using another plugin at the moment.
    Note: it worked before using ad inserter but it just stopped; no HTML was
    inserted anymore. Simply nothing, like the short-code was ignored.

    Don’t know how to upload a picture here.
    All settings are off except the shortcode setting.

    On what page types have you enabled shortcode?

    Not sure what you mean by page types; see picture.
    I am using it on a regular page (url provided already).

    Well, you don’t have enabled any of page types (posts, static pages, homepage,…)

    Enable at least Posts.

    Until few versions ago shorcodes did not take into account enabled page types. This was recently fixed and might be the cause for your problem.
