Shortcode is causing “Cannot modify header information” error

I’ve thoroughly checked the website in question, and this only affects a single page when it’s saved on the back end. The installation and all plugins are up-to-date, and there are no other plugin conflicts. All pages save without trouble, except the page with the calendar embedded through the plugin.

The shortcode is as follows:

Removing this shortcode causes the page to update without problems; adding it back in causes the headers sent error.
