Shortcode is not processing

I’m sorry you’re having trouble!

Are you a Pro user, by chance? If so, send a request into our support desk @ [email protected] and we can get the submit testimonial shortcode issue sorted out. That shortcode is a part of the Pro package and is contained in a separate plugin — without that addon plugin the shortcode will not function.

I haven’t had any reports of the list testimonials shortcode not working. Do you have a theme that has testimonial support, or another plugin with testimonials? It could be there is a shortcode conflict. In that case, we have some compatibility options that will allow you to change the list testimonials shortcode away from ‘testimonials’ to something like ‘easy_testimonials’ — you can always give that a shot and see if it helps! If that doesn’t sound like the issue, could you send me a copy of the specific shortcode you are using and perhaps a link to the page where the issue is present? Then we can troubleshoot from there.

Edit: I see you’ve already tried changing the name of the shortcode, so I guess that isn’t it! If you can shoot me a link to the page with the shortcode in place and a copy of the shortcode you’re using I’ll proceed from there.
