Shortcode is not returning anything

    Hi there,

    We’re using the following shortcode to load all reviews:

    [ts_widget id="wdg-965e6c57-9212-4b12-a36f-xxxxxxxx"]

    However, on the front-end, we get the following console error

    v2:1 Could not load feed SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<?xml vers”… is not valid JSON

    Any idea what’s going wrong?

    Hello,

    Sounds like shortcode has been correctly interpreted by plugin. However the console error points towards the widget not being able to recieve the reviews from Trusted Shops.
    Are you sure reviews have been collected for the channel the widget is related to?
    If it is a Caroussel widget, you will need at least five reviews with more than 12 characters each to get displayed.

    Hi,

    There was only one review, but I suspect there was some delay for it to show up. It appears to be showing up correctly now.

    Edit: is it possible to display “Full Review List” for shop reviews, rather than product (SKU) based? It’s returning nothing if I leave that blank.

    Is there also a way through the plugin to get an XML/json feed of all reviews (or filter on amount etc.), so we can manage the front-end ourselves?

    “Full Review List” widget is crafted to work with product reviews, only. Hence, you need to specify a product identifier (SKU).
