Shortcode is shown and not renderd

On my website the [] shortcode is shown and not processed. The plugin is active, the latest version (4.1.1. and 4.0.3 PRO). Are we doing anything wrong?

Hi, I’m using the classic editor. And on the same page there is a second shortcode from post_grid and that is working fine.
Both worked fine till the day before yesterday. Nothing changed, it doesn’t gives any errors somewhere, it just isn’t rendering the code.
Problem solved… the plugin is not generating the correct shortcode:

Instead of generating: [insta-gallery id=”0″] it say’s [insta-gallery-id=”0″]
